It was so nice to get out on a bike again. Stake Lake has some good cross country trails that you can bike on. Don and I did the perimeter which was 17kms. Of course it took us 2 and a half hours. Some climing involved. The terrain is much different from Kamloops. We were in the trees for the most part. And came across some cows who were quite annoyed at our presence. It was a lovely sunny day. I was very happy to be able to bike again. It's almost been three weeks.
