October 24, 2009 - Grasslands Mtn Bike

Took Lac Du Bois Road up to McQueen Lake and Isobel Lake. Rode the Mountain bikes because Lac Du Bois Road is gravel as are the roads leading up to the lakes. As always a nice ride, and really beautiful cycling around the lake.

Although it does look like night is falling, the picture was just taken when the sun was behind the clouds. That was McQueen Lake.


I love this picture. The cow is perfectly centered. He was only mildly interested in us.

Lac Du Bois Road. A bit of an uphill slog going but a nice quick ride coming back.
