A not so nice day weather-wise, but the rain held off and we had a good hike up in the park, this time with our trusty dog Lucy. She loves the trails, and meeting other dogs and people along the way. It was quite cold and breezy and there was frost at the very top. I believe we hiked up to the highest point. It felt that way anyway. I believe Lucy is done for the day. Hot soup is slowly warming the hypothermic core body temperature of her human friends, me in particular.

As you can see a fairly dull day. Lots of clouds billowing about as well as smoke from the Mill. Thank god you can't smell it.

A shot of the airport down below. Look real hard, it is just beyond the river.

I thought we were up pretty hight at this point. But we turned around, went back down, then way, way up.
Lots of ups and downs to get to this point. I guess you would call them rolling hills.

You can see the trail we followed. It's hard to get the right perspective. But it was long and very steep in places.

The camera ran out of batteries so I could not take any pictures at the frosty top, but I am guessing that I will get that opportunity again as the days get colder and winter begins to settle in.
